Butner, NC (March 6, 2024) - In 2020, the South Granville Water & Sewer Authority initiated comprehensive research, qualification, and application procedures to secure a $35 million low-interest USDA loan for the I-85 Sanitary Sewer Project.
Guided by Executive Director Scott N Schroyer, SGWASA's Board and staff collaborated with United States Department of Agriculture representatives to compile and submit the application packet.
As of March 5th, the Authority has received official notification of the loan award, marking a significant milestone towards the successful completion of the project.
