Please Note: A 3.70% processing fee will be assessed on all credit and debit card transactions, including those made at the Welcome Center, with the new billing system upgrade. This fee is charged by the merchant service provider and is not collected or retained by SGWASA.

Account Support

Beginning April 20th, customers are advised to create a new account via the "Pay My Bill" icon on the SGWASA website.

 

To set up your new account in the Tyler Billing System, you will need:

 

1. New account number found in the April bill
2. Amount of last payment
