Butner, NC. March 3, 2025 — The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority is happy to announce the implementation of an upgraded billing system this spring. The new system will be designed to enhance the user experience. Since 2006, SGWASA utilized ICS Software for financial, billing, and customer service operations. Recognizing the need for more advanced features, SGWASA initiated the transition to a more robust platform.
In July 2023, SGWASA issued a Request for Information (RFI) to explore modern solutions that better serve the Southern Granville County community's needs. After careful consideration, the Authority and Board selected Tyler Technologies as the provider of upgraded utilities software.
This comprehensive solution will streamline processes, enhance productivity, and likely improve the bill pay experience.
