Public Comment Procedures
The South Granville Water And Sewer Authority's Request to Speak form is a vital tool for community engagement in the decision-making process of the South Granville Water and Sewer Authority. The SGWASA Board of Directors encourages all interested parties to utilize this form to communicate their thoughts and concerns regarding proposed projects and policies.
By submitting a request to speak, the public can actively participate in shaping the future of their water and sewer services. The SGWASA is committed to transparency and accountability, and this webpage is an essential component of that commitment.

The form below may be used to request to speak during the Public Comments portion of a future Board meeting or to submit comments for the official record without speaking.
To address the Board, select “Yes” and submit the form. Individuals may also arrive by 5:45 PM and complete a Public Comments Sign-Up Card inside the meeting room.
To submit comments without speaking, select “No.” Written comments may also be provided to the Board Secretary as a legible document that includes contact information and the topic of the comment. Submissions must be received by 3:00 PM on the meeting date to be included in the official record.
