During the most recent Board meeting, several active water-quality initiatives were reviewed, including PFAS treatment planning, treatment plant filter improvements, and targeted distribution system flushing strategies.

Creedmoor - Water Meter Replacement Program

The South Granville Water & Sewer Authority is partnering with Vanguard Utility Service Inc. to complete a systemwide meter replacement initiative within the City of Creedmoor. This multi-phase project is expected to take approximately eight months and will replace older-style water meters at eligible service locations. The project is scheduled to begin January 20th – 23rd , daily during the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Ferbow Street in Creedmoor, NC.
