The South Granville Water & Sewer Authority held its recent Board meeting on February 11, 2025. The meeting began with the election of officers, including the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer for the upcoming year.
The agenda included discussions on the approval of the minutes from previous meetings, followed by a review of SGWASA's second-quarter financial performance for FY24-25. Additionally, the meeting addressed fiscal year 2024-2025 Budget Amendment #12.
Budget Amendment #12 for fiscal year 2024-2025 appropriates and reallocates budget for various line items. These items include expenses related to press releases & communications, membership dues, unemployment insurance pool replenishment, various Human Resources trainings for employees related to workplace harassment and OSHA, general office supplies, raw water pump repair, and various water and wastewater treatment operational costs.
The majority of this budget amendment utilizes budget from other line items while the remaining portion will be utilizing fund balance.
