Billing - Rollover Balance

Butner, NC - April 22, 2025 - Following SGWASA’s recent billing platform upgrade to the Tyler Technologies utility billing system, some customers may notice a $0.01 - $0.03 balance shown due in the new billing system and the legacy customer portal. Customers who have already submitted payment based on the original amount of the April bill may carry the remaining balance forward to their May bill. There is no requirement to submit a separate payment for the difference.

Customers that elect to roll the balance forward will not experience late fees or service disruption due to the balance. Making a separate payment for the remaining $0.01 to $0.03 balance online would incur a minimum $2.50 processing fee. The balance will simply be reflected on your May billing statement.
